How do you manage the discarded construction debris, and what should I do to prevent flats in my tires and damage to my car?

Whenever there is heavy construction it is good practice to park as far from the work being preformed as possible. Our crews pick up and clean up every day to keep your home site as neat as possible. They do a nail sweep with magnets around the areas they have been working and they sweep the driveway and other walkways.

When siding is saturated it should not be installed until it has a chance to dry.

I noticed the siding is very dirty in some areas. How do you deal with that for painting?

When we arrive we start preparing the siding for paint. As we caulk we wipe or clean so the caulk can adhere to the siding. Before we paint we will either wipe down the siding or rinse so the paint will adhere to the siding. If we use water to clean it will only take about an hour on average to dry for painting.
